Cover work continues, I revised Shelley because the perspective was off and I wanted something slightly more manic. I think this might be where I leave it, I quite like it.

Your tendency to put words between women's legs (who are in skirts) irks me, but other than that, DON'T TOUCH IT. it's amazing!
I like the pouty guitar rock-goddess look. She could hang out with The Veronicas or Katy from Little Birdy while she's on Christmas Island. Actually, their brassy sass and dark humours might work better with Shelby...
I like the new composition a lot. Shelly seems to have adapted to the craziness of her world and this reflects that. She looks confident. The composition's also more fun and more dynamic.
Hints at the Franz Ferdinand "You Could Have It So Much Better" CD cover, which is itself a blatant rip off of a famous Rodchenko poster. Yours isn't at all derivative and I really like the use of word balloon shapes as a repeated graphic element. Witty. Perhaps the lettering could be bigger, but that's really a matter of personal taste.
I miss the thicker outlines you used to use in your inks, but curious where this new style is going to end up. Enough blather, thanks for the lovely web reading,

John, I like it very much. Don't really know how to add anything to the previous comment so yeah: "What (the) Gene Ha said".
I like this one more. Her shoes are much better (Shelly's), and she looks like she's having some fun.
I love the illustration! The graphical elements combined with characters really make it fit with the other covers in the series, particularly "Great Aches."
Maybe do more with the title typography, though, since it needs some weight to balance it with all of the visual cues pointing at it. (I'm thinking of a Buffy quote: "Big overture, little show." The typography isn't little, it just could have more to the show, metaphorically speaking.)
