Because I am tremendously behind the times, I thought "Subo" referred to Subbuteo which, let's face it, would be a fairly odd place for Jedward-inspired leggings.
The word alone would not have rung a bell, but in coincidence with the crude but very accurate representation of the person it is fairly easy to interpret:
