Against all the odds I have made a print for SPX, not sure how many there will be but it won't be a vast number.
It is entitled "Chupacabra Eyes The Prize"

This is a work of great beauty.
GREAT!
Is that Esther or just a random lady? Very pretty either way! I love goats!
Is that Lottie Grote? Or a spirited mexican girl named Esperanza Goatslayer.
That print is a hoot!!! Remind me never to jog with oversized headphones on. A cautionary tale, indeed.
I love how your monsters always (sometimes?) have eyelashes. I don't know why, but it makes them so much creepier.
Awww, he's in love!
Everyone loves tragic tales of girls and their goats.
It is fine, Lottie. The goat sucker has very little interest in your non-Capra flesh.
A wonderful piece, John. If you have any left I will have one for my flat.
i don't think i want my breakfast anymore....
John! What happened to the forum?

I just let out some kind of animalistic howl when I saw today's strip and Ryan Beckwith's return as a man of learnin'. I have angry housemates now.
Arthur I think you'll join me in saying, woah.
masterfully played Mr Allison
you have bested me again etc etc
Nice !
really awesome print, are there any left after spx?
john...re: bad machinery and lack of patience and so forth...it is slow, about school kids so far and totally bewildering. but you are 100% right - you deserve our patience and i assume it is building up to something wicked awesome. ryan seriously needs a shave though...and it's so mean that you kept the wedding scene from us, i hope there will be wedding pics or flashbacks later!
They're laser prints rather than inkjet and have a somewhat ghetto look to them so I will only be selling them in person. But I might do a second run at home, keep em peeled as they (who?) say.
I think the notion of something being "bewildering" is a positive point. Although given the studied mundanity of the first 12 comics, I can't imagine what might bewilder somebody.
john allison, you are cute as a button! my eyes are peeled, as you know quite well they have been for some time, since the day you teased me about long-sleeved brown yeti shirts. you are adorable, but such a tease!
bewildering - only a brit would see the light through the incessant clouds & rain as you do - everything just adds to your charm, damn you! what is bewildering is that your usual whimsy and flair for the absurd seems to have vanished like erin winters...and while i feel certain that at least your whimsy is on its way back like a boomerang sent off to wonderland, it's just hard to fathom why you'd start your new comic off like that. but...i defer to your genius and will wait patiently for my surprise. it's like one of those russian dolls, and you've just now told us there are 12 of them before we get to see what's inside!
