I worked out why readership numbers had mysteriously shot up, and they have shot down again. It was exciting to feel like a king for a week, but it was also distracting.
Oh sorry, I never said why! I think it was a wizard. I boxed his ears and numbers went back down to normal again. (By which I mean to say, Project Wonderful appears to over-report unique visits if you have the same ad on two discrete pages).
By the way, I really like the new tote. And will buy it. This might have something to do with the fact that I knit (knitted Space Owl is still in development... I design slowly... sorry.)
I am also ridiculously pleased that you haven't drawn the knitting needles pointing upward. This is the moustache-umbrella of everyone else's drawn renditions of knitting.
John, it doesn't mean much as I am the wrong demographic (60+ American), but I've loved your storytelling for several years now and would relish the opportunity to drive up to the webcomics weekend and stand you to a round or two just to hear you expound on your craft. Alas, incipient poverty prevents me from doing so...
Oh crap, I just reviewed the list of attendees! There's over a dozen of you that I would so dearly love to meet. You travel in some exalted company, Mr. A.
My wallet is out and my mouse clicking finger well moisturized in anticipation of a T-Shirt exemplifying my faithfullness to the Holy Pesce. Whoa...the coffee is good this morning!

John it doesn't matter, your fans still love you.
Or if you're that desperate you'll just have to make a beach storyline featuring Amy and Shelly. Sigh.
