Looks Brains/Blame/Skellington sale

A few weeks ago I said I was going to have three weekly sales of my remaining copies of the early, out of print books. Unfortunately, the person who bought two of the books in the first sale is proving difficult to reach and I don't want to hold another auction until I've been able to make a second chance offer, if needs be. Hopefully this will be resolved in the next week or so.

Thankyou for the t-shirts :) I'd buy more, but I'm broke, which is a shame, because I do like a few of them. I love the new comic, I thought I'd tell you. I do miss the old one sometimes, but these kids make me forget about it, they're that awesome. La! I'll stop being fannish now.

Dearest Mr. John Allison,

As a vegan for over 3 1/2 years, I can gladly attest, chocolate is not, I repeat, NOT forbidden. Milk chocolate perhaps. (except for this one weird brand in the States that makes it with rice milk.) But many brands of plain and dark chocolate can be eaten in abundance. And I assure you, they are.

Also, I like your wasp button.

Also, did Comrade Bat go the way of Friend Bat? That would make me sad. Please draw him (her?) in the background sometime to appease me. I've been obsessed with those little guys since the first one came on the scene. I think I nearly cried when he died. (yes, I have attachment issues.)

Comrade Bat is alive and well after I found out bats can live up to 40 years, he will probably outlive me.

I know chocolate is not forbidden! I think Mildred is denied it for a variety of sugar/caffiene related reasons.

RE: Mr. Blobby. I have mixed feelings about him. On the one hand, he's a crazy nutter, and that's kind of fun. But on the other hand... he's a crazy nutter, and kind of dangerous to be around. Maybe it's better for everyone involved, and for himself, that he's no longer in the public eye.

RE: Bad Machinery -
At the moment, Shauna is competing for my 'Most Favourite Character' from both SGR and BM. She's got tough competition in Ryan and The Boy (and Mr. Pickering for some reason; not sure how he got there), but she's definitely in the running.

I'm quite enjoying this transition between SGR and BM. Trying to imagine all the things that happened in the time-gap is fun; but I shall try my best not to transcribe my imaginings in the format of horrible fanfiction.

It's nice to see the "Graham Coxon Makeover" worked out for you!

...though Americans will never understand it...

I have decided to heretofore supply you with regular candid insights into my enjoyment of BM, for the purposes of providing you with a firmer grip on the effects your greatness has on the fickle minds of internetians, and perhaps provide you some validation or peace of mind (no guarantees).

Nov 17 - excellent. Good character banter and the bottles of paint, caked with the dried-up paint remains left behind by eagre yet careless students, brought back some vivid memories of my art classes in highschool.

Originally I intended to say you are the adorablest, but upon realizing that this is inappropriate to say to a grown man I have decided upon this: You are looking rather handsome. Especially when held in comparison to Mr. Blobby.

Yeah, you look a bit like a young Elton John.

Was that too mean? I have no siblings, so I never learned to tell what's too mean.

Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang.

It's your face! I've never seen your face before. It's a good face. Quite cute. Though that could be my fan-girl-ness talking. I feel like that jumper should have elbow patches though.

Mr Blobby ruined school discos for me for a good 5 years. All children like a maniacal, pastel toned, inflated goon, obviously.

Colin that was too mean, I am now under the rug shaking. Also you meant Elton Welsby

Marianne, I would describe my face as a cross between grandma's handbag and a pancake.

Is it just me, or is there something suspicious about a man who can so easily lay his hands on Mr Blobby merchandise...?

Question, I feel, need to be asked.
