Take good care of yourself

I have returned from All Tomorrow's Parties in Minehead a fragile man. I did not destroy my body like last year, when (as you may remember) I was forced to spend a week in bed being ministered to by a kindly nun. I would not mind such consequences if I was a furious drug monster but the closest I ever get to a hallucinatory experience is standing up too fast after kneeling.

I submit the following diagram of my current situation. The good news is that I have days off this week to allow me to recover and bring equilibrium to my mind.

This Will Destroy You were my favourites, though I did catch the end of Fuck Buttons.

Did you see Devo?

Marianne, I was at the one the following weekend - Fuck Buttons limited themselves to DJing, doubtless spent from their efforts seven days earlier.

Ohhh, I see!
Didn't know that.

It was very noisy, if I hadn't been entirely worn out by Electric Wizard, I'm sure I would have danced.

My usual gig buddy and I are trying to find some more people to join us for Nightmare Before Christmas this year, as all the 2 and 3 birth chalets are sold out. It's far more tricky a task than I imagined, apparently Sonic Youth isn't enough of a draw for my friends.

What was awesome about reading this blog post was that I didn't have the faintest clue what the hell you were talking about. Awesome!

The only thing I don't understand is why someone would name their band Fuck Buttons. Not only does that say they're not serious, it says they're anti-seriousness.

There was a great little Tara McPherson show in a little shop at the complex, what we need to do is get me in there for the next one, I can draw the tshirt, have a shop and inflict ATP Wolf on the world.

I wonder if any of you know how it feels to be running after a target mounted on the back of a high speed train.
