"Thru"!
After yesterday's day of futile scrapings, finally I am underway with my print as the grainy photo below reveals. I will try to work a COELACANTH into the picture but I'm not sure where I can put it to give it maximum impact.

What kind of paper are you using and what are you inking it with?
I have many blank walls and I'm a science nerd - coelacanth print ho!
Brian: I am drawing it with Staedtler pigment liners on the only A3 pad I own (Daler Rowney 130gsm cartridge paper I think - doesn't actually take these pens that well - I usually use lighter stock).
There's a record store near my old place called the Orange Monkey. Curious Orange reminded me of that.
It's a good store...
(eeeee) t-there are not enough emoticons in the world to express my thrill at the possibility of SGR + COELACANTH SIGHTING. even if it is not drawn in, i know in my heart that a prehistoric jawed dino-fish is just beneath those smug man-o-wars, lying in wait to totally smash up some smirky jawless faces!
(i am so jealous of your perfect inked lines) this picture is AMAZING, i really love the composition. among other things ♡
I'm personally a big fan of simple prints. Something like this drawing from October would actually be my idea of an excellent print. (http://scarygoround.com/blog/whatdoidowiththis.png) Doesn't have to be big, if there's only one or two subjects in it. Heck, you could even make it a series and sell 'em four to a pack for a small discount!
