I feel kind of nervous!

Here are the other two pictures that you can get in Brighton. Perhaps I will come home defeated with my tail between my legs (in which case you will be able to buy them off the website at a special, shame-face rate).

Wish me luck as I punch the sky on Friday! Air-planes are unnatural! My carbon footprint is huge!

I too am punching the sky on Friday. So I sympathize. Is Las Vegas a more desireable location than Brighton? 'Cause that's where I'm going. I heard it's a pretty bustling little town, full of pep and get-go.

I shall be buying one! I won't eat for a week but I will have one!

I am sulking because today's SGR is not the nice drawy-style you had recently adopted. I liked it.

Mind I still wish I could come to Brighton and buy a teatowel. I only live 1/2 hour from Manc; there should be webcomic event there.

wow i loved your drawings; i'll start reading your weblog. I found your homepage through stumble!, in the Comic Books section.

I also have a website with my stuff; hope you'll visit it and tell me what you think about it.

bye

What happened to the drawing?!?!?

Oh shoosh.

Both John's methods are in equal measure adapted to our strengths as to our weaknesses.

hm - you're starting to handle the watercolour better - nice to see - still need to ensure a moist surface when laying down the background though...

Have you ever tied watercolour inks? not those crappy windsor & newton ones you can get, but the right proper deal - like dr martens? The W&N still have 'medium' - gooier than watercolour 'medium' - but dr martens are near pure colour - is lovely to use!
I think that art shop down near canal street does them in manc - the one by what's now primark did them, but they're gone now (boo!).

I've still got some from my old comic colouring days...
