Did you consider making all the letters the same pale-gren shade in daylight, but the N doesn't glo, so it becomes "employee of the mo th" only at night? Although glow-in-the-dark tends to dim after a while so it might not work as well.

I like the black one. I think moths might have all kinds of jobs they need done. Turning lights on or off, for example.

Simon I thought seriously about that, but it meant people would not get the full effect 99% of the time.
It is even way more ominous in person.
