On this day in history

While I deal with the dirty business of book 5, blog posts will be minimal. So today why not enjoy "On This Day In Scary Go Round History", a painful trip through the years that made me feel weird and kind of ill. Click here and SEE!

Hugo :) always good to see.

There also seems to have been a drastic decrease in calorific intake; or perhaps its more to do with the fact that everyones been getting out of their offices and doin' outsidey adventures. That's got to be the explaination, right?

Also, big scary eyes last year, I'm glad you moved into pen and ink again, it seems to convey grumpiness much better!

There's a neat symmetry between the four Scary Go Round strips presented - Ryan, Hugo and Fallon; Ryan, Shelly, and the Moon; Gibbous Moon...

If I think about it long enough I'll get a slight headache and decide I need to drink some coffee.

It is indeed fascinating to see the evolution of your style! I imagine in another seven years, we'll be seeing daily laser-oil painting in five dimensions.

I've been reading since early Bobbins, and I am glad to see how much your art has grown and evolved. I love your hand-drawn strips the best, I'd have to say. Dont' get down on yourself about the old ones, either. I love the humor in them.
And, miiilo, that's Holly.

I agree about the scary eyes last year. WOOOARRRGH.

I still like the early art - it might be less skilled but it's got life in. Although I am in awe of the recent stuff, especially some of the background, angles and panel layouts you've been doing.
